Less than 60 days ago we put this gorgeous solar-powered home on the market in Stoneybrook, one of East Orlando’s most desired neighborhoods. With a little bribery, the security guards at the gate (we gave them home made chocolate chip cookies) directed interested buyers to the Open House we conducted for this stunning property. Hearing all the “oohs’s and aww’s” as the buyers walked through our professionally staged home, there was one reaction that stood out. And that’s how we met Mark and Cindy.
A cheerful, down-to-earth couple who were already renting in Stoneybrook, walked into our Open House and fell in love. Mark and Cindy had just started looking for their ideal home, and were only on the second day of their search. When walking in to the Open House, they knew this home for them. This was the one that they wanted to share countless memories at for years to come.
We are so happy to have worked with such wonderful people, who saw the beauty and value we saw in this home. Today, we closed on the property, gave Mark and Cindy the keys to their new home, and are looking forward to a long-lasting relationship as their realtors, and friends.
