This morning we closed on Meghan and Anthony’s home. Meghan and Anthony built their house brand-new in 2013. They thought this would be their “forever home” but Anthony’s career relocated them… and now they are off to New Jersey to start a new future. Closing with this fun-loving couple this morning, reminded us how life can change so quickly in just a blink of an eye.
We had a contract on their house within just two weeks of launching it on the market. And, now, poof, they are off to the North ready to bundle up and show their little girl, Gabriella, what it’s like to live adjacent to the Big Apple! We know Gabby will be a fabulous city girl, with her fashionable shoes, strutting on Fashion Avenue! 🙂
