We met Nick and Karen at an Open House for our listing at 10061 Cabbage Tree Loop. Nick and Karen weren’t sure of the best timeline to start the home search process because of personal obstacles. We were so happy to meet this kind-hearted couple, as it was a pleasure to guide them through and educate them on endless possibilities to find their dream home sooner than later.
Fast forward only one month after our initial meet, and here we are with Nick and Karen standing on their land, ready for their new-construction home (with Rylan Homes) to grace this water view lot. We can’t wait to see their home! For now, Karen and Nick are busy choosing every little detail that will adorn their gorgeous new-build home. From granite countertops, top-of-the-line cabinetry, laminate flooring, and a state-of-the-art luxurious master shower, among other perks, we are so happy to be a part of Nick and Karen’s “Home Sweet Home” memory.
